Section 1 Short title
This Act may be cited as the “Water Access Act”.

To appropriate $500,000,000 to the low-income household water assistance program under section 2912 of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, and for other purposes.
Sec. 2 Appropriation for LIHWAP
There is appropriated to the Secretary of Health and Human Services for fiscal year 2027, $500,000,000 for the low-income household water assistance program under section 2912 of subtitle K of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (15 U.S.C. 9058b).
