Recreation Permitting Improvement Act
A BILL
To amend the FAST Act to include certain recreation activities as covered projects subject to Federal permitting improvement, and for other purposes.
Sec. 2 Covered projects for Federal permitting improvement
Section 41001(6)(A) of the FAST Act (42 U.S.C. 4370m(6)(A)) is amended by inserting “recreation,” before “or any other sector”.
