This Act may be cited as the “Chief Nimham Purple Heart Act”.

A BILL
To authorize the award of the Purple Heart to Daniel Nimham for injuries incurred during the Revolutionary War.
Sec. 2 Authorization for award of the Purple Heart to Daniel Nimham
Notwithstanding the criteria in section 1 of Executive Order 11016, the President may posthumously award the Purple Heart to Daniel Nimham for injuries incurred during the Revolutionary War while a Commissioned Captain in the Continental Army.
