Section 1 Expansion of Case-Zablocki Act transparency requirements
Section 112b(k)(5) of title 1, United States Code, is amended—
in subparagraph (A), by striking “; and” at the end and inserting a semicolon;
in subparagraph (B), by striking the period at the end and inserting “; and”; and
by adding at the end the following new subparagraph:
“(C) includes an agreement otherwise described in subparagraph (A), whether written or oral, under which a foreign country accepts into the territory of the country any number of foreign nationals who are not nationals of that country and are subject to final orders of removal from the United States, and such agreement, to the extent oral, shall be reduced to writing for purposes of compliance with the requirements of this section.”
