This Act may be cited as the “Federal Accountability for Felony Obstruction Act” or the “FAFO Act”.
Federal Accountability for Felony Obstruction Act
A BILL
To amend title 18, United States, to include property damage in acts that constitute domestic terrorism, and for other purposes.
Sec. 2 Inclusion of property damage in definition of domestic terrorism
Section 2331(5)(A) of title 18, United States Code, is amended to read as follows:
“(A) involve acts that—
“(i) are a violation of the criminal laws of the United States or of any State, and that are dangerous to human life or are likely to cause significant damage to property; and
“(ii) that obstruct or impede—
“(I) a law enforcement officer or a first responder in carrying out their duties; or
“(II) a person seeking medical attention;”
