Section 1 Expansion of the supreme court
Section 1 of title 28, United States Code, is amended—
by striking “eight” and inserting “twelve”; and
by striking “six” and inserting “eight”.
Representative Green’s Original Legislation to increase from 9 to 13 the number of justices of the Supreme Court.
