Sudan Waiver Report Reduction Act
A BILL
To amend the Sudan Accountability and Divestment Act of 2007 to require agency reports on any procurement waiver made by the President.
Sec. 2 Reporting requirement with respect to waivers granted under the Sudan Accountability and Divestment Act of 2007
Section 6(c)(2) of the Sudan Accountability and Divestment Act of 2007 (Public Law 110–174; 50 U.S.C. 1701 note) is amended to read as follows:
“(2) Reporting requirement—Not later than 30 days after the President grants a waiver under paragraph (1), the head of the executive agency concerned shall submit to the appropriate congressional committees a report on such waiver.”
