A BILL

To authorize the construction of a ballroom on the grounds of the White House, and for other purposes.

Section 1 Short title

This Act may be cited as the “Tactical Revitalization and Upgrade of Modern Presidential Ballroom Act” or the “TRUMP Ballroom Act”.

Sec. 2 Authorization for construction of ballroom on White House grounds

(a)

Authorization— Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the President may design and construct a ballroom facility on the grounds of the White House.

(b)

Approval authority— The President shall have sole design and approval authority for the ballroom facility described in subsection (a).
