To reauthorize the Nutria Eradication and Control Act of 2003.
Sec. 2 Reauthorization of Nutria Eradication and Control Act of 2003
In general— Section 3(e) of the Nutria Eradication and Control Act of 2003 (16 U.S.C. 8102(e)) is amended by striking “2025” and inserting “2030”.
Technical correction— Section 3(a) of the Nutria Eradication and Control Act of 2003 (16 U.S.C. 8102(a)) is amended by striking ““Secretary”),” and inserting ““Secretary”)”.
