A BILL
To amend the Clean Air Act to exclude carbon dioxide, methane, and nitrous oxide from the definition of the term air pollutant.
Sec. 2 Exclusion of carbon dioxide, methane, and nitrous oxide
Section 302(g) of the Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. 7602(g)) is amended by adding at the end “Such term does not include carbon dioxide, methane, or nitrous oxide.”.
