This Act may be cited as the “Ticket to Work Advertisement Act”.
Ticket to Work Advertisement Act
A BILL
To amend title XI the Social Security Act to require the Commissioner to disseminate information related to the ticket to work program to certain individuals.
Sec. 2 Ticket to work program advertisement
Section 1148(d) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1320b–19(d)) is amended by adding at the end the following:
“(8) Program advertisement—Not later than 1 year after the date of enactment of this paragraph, and for each 6-month period thereafter, the Commissioner of Social Security shall disseminate to each disabled beneficiary information relating to participation in the Program.”
