This Act may be cited as the “Sunset To Reform Section 230 Act”.
Sunset To Reform Section 230 Act
A BILL
To provide a sunset for section 230 of the Communications Act of 1934, and for other purposes.
Sec. 2 Sunset
Section 230 of the Communications Act of 1934 (47 U.S.C. 230) is amended by adding at the end the following:
“(g) Sunset—This section shall have no force or effect after December 31, 2026.”
