This Act may be cited as the “Protect Greenbury Point Conservation Area Act”.

A BILL
To prohibit the Secretary of the Navy from constructing a golf course or restrict public access to the Greenbury Point Conservation Area at Naval Support Activity Annapolis, Maryland.
Sec. 2 Prohibition on Development of a Golf Course At Greenbury Point Conservation Area At Naval Support Activity Annapolis, Maryland
Section 2855 of the Military Construction Act for Fiscal Year 2024 (division B of Public Law 118–31) is amended—
in the section heading, by striking “Limitation on authority to modify or restrict public access to” and inserting “Prohibition on development of a golf course at”;
in subsection (a), by inserting “construct a golf course on, or otherwise” before “modify or restrict”; and
in subsection (b)—
in paragraph (1), by striking “; or” and inserting a semicolon;
in paragraph (2), by striking the period at the end and inserting “; or”; and
by adding at the end the following new paragraph:
“(3) restrictions related to environmental restoration of the Greenbury Point Conservation Area in a manner consistent with existing law and regulation.”
