Hunger Clearinghouse Enhancement Act of 2025

A BILL

To amend the Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act to fund the information clearinghouse through fiscal year 2032, and for other purposes.

This Act may be cited as the “Hunger Clearinghouse Enhancement Act of 2025”.

Section 26 of the Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act (42 U.S.C. 1769g) is amended—

(1)

in subsection (a)—

(A)

by inserting “, including information with respect to the utilization of trained volunteers,” after “provide information”; and

(B)

by inserting “resources that address ways to prevent hunger,” after “food assistance,”; and

(2)

in subsection (d)—

(A)

by striking “and” before “$250,000”; and

(B)

by striking “through 2027.” and inserting “through 2025, and $750,000 for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2032.”
