To amend title 38, United States Code, to direct the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to furnish an opioid antagonist to a veteran without requiring a prescription or copayment.

Requirement— Subchapter II of chapter 17 of title 38, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new section (and amending the table of sections at the beginning of such chapter accordingly):

Elimination of copayment— Section 1722A of such title is amended, in subsection (a)(4), by striking all that follows “veteran” and inserting a period.
