To amend the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act to extend the authorization for grants under section 24911 of title 49, United States Code, through fiscal year 2032.
Sec. 2 Extension of authorization of appropriations for certain intercity passenger rail grants
Section 22106(a) of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (Public Law 117–58; 135 Stat. 696) is amended by striking “2026” and inserting “2032”.
