To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to modify the definition of unauthorized alien.
Sec. 2 Definition of unauthorized alien
Section 274A(h)(3) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1324a(h)(3)) is amended by striking “or by the Attorney General”.
