Section 5109(a) of title 5, United States Code, is amended by striking “section 450d of title 7” and inserting “section 2204–2 of title 7”.

Section 32(a)(1) of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (7 U.S.C. 136w–7(a)(1)) is amended by striking “(7 U.S.C. 450i(e))” and inserting “(7 U.S.C. 3157(e))”.
(2)
Section 33(b)(7)(E)(i) of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (7 U.S.C. 136w–8(b)(7)(E)(i)) is amended by striking “(7 U.S.C. 450i(e))” and inserting “(7 U.S.C. 3157(e))”.

(B)

(1)
Section 257(a) of the Biomass Energy and Alcohol Fuels Act of 1980 (42 U.S.C. 8852(a)) is amended by inserting “(7 U.S.C. 3104)” after “section 1 of the Bankhead-Jones Act”.

Section 118 of the National and Community Service Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C. 12561) is amended as follows:
(A)
