To codify a national primary drinking water regulation for PFAS, and for other purposes.
Sec. 2 Codification of national primary drinking water regulation for PFAS
The final rule issued by the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency titled “PFAS National Primary Drinking Water Regulation” (89 Fed. Reg. 32532; April 26, 2024), as in effect on June 25, 2024, shall have the force and effect of law.
