A BILL

To codify Executive Order 14253 (relating to restoring truth and sanity to American history).

Section 1 Short title

This Act may be cited as the “EO 14253 Act of 2025”.

Sec. 2 Codification of Executive Order 14253

Executive Order 14253 (90 Fed. Reg. 14563; relating to restoring truth and sanity to American history) shall have the force and effect of law.
