This Act may be cited as the “Traffic Safety Enhancement Act of 2025”.

A BILL
To amend section 133 of title 23, United States Code, to include roundabouts as eligible projects under the surface transportation block grant program, and for other purposes.
Sec. 2 Surface transportation block grant program
Section 133(b) of title 23, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following:
“(25) Construction of roundabouts.”
