A BILL
To amend title 5, United States Code (commonly referred to as the Inspector General Act of 1978), to establish a Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board Inspector General, and for other purposes.
Sec. 2 Establishment of Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board Inspector General
Section 401 of title 5, United States Code (commonly referred to as the Inspector General Act of 1978), is amended—
in paragraph (1), by inserting “the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board,” before “or the National”; and
in paragraph (3), by inserting “the Executive Director of the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board; ” before “or the Director of the National”.
