This Act may be cited as the “National Museum of Pop Culture Act”.

To designate the Museum of Pop Culture in Seattle, Washington, as the National Museum of Pop Culture.
Sec. 2 Designation of national museum of pop culture in seattle, washington
Designation— The Museum of Pop Culture located in Seattle, Washington, is designated as the “National Museum of Pop Culture”.
Effect of designation— The National Museum of Pop Culture designated by subsection (a) is not a unit of the National Park System and the designation shall not be construed to require or permit Federal funds to be expended for any purpose related to the museum.
