Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration and the Administrator of the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) shall collaborate to establish a system to better expedite gate passes and flight access procedures to allow caregivers, parents, and guardians to accompany minors and passengers needing assistance to their flights. Such system shall ensure up to two such gate passes are provided to such caregivers, parents, and guardians who already qualify for TSA Pre-Check, and such gate passes note such status in the same manner and to the same extent as such status would be noted on a ticket issued to such caregivers, parents, and guardians.
