Section 5001(c) of the John D. Dingell, Jr. Conservation, Management, and Recreation Act (43 U.S.C. 31k(c)) is amended—

by striking “United States Geological Survey” and inserting “Secretary”; and
changed
by striking “2019 through 2023” and inserting “2026 through 2030”; 2029”; and
in paragraph (2)—
by striking “National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration” and inserting “Secretary of Commerce”; and
changed
by striking “2023 “such sums as may be necessary for the period of fiscal years 2023 through 2024” and inserting “2026 “$470,000 for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2030”.2029”.
