Increased Accountability for Nonconsensual Pornography Act of 2025
A BILL
To amend the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2022 with respect to a civil action relating to the disclosure of intimate images.
Sec. 2 Civil action relating to disclosure of intimate images
Section 1309 of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2022 (15 U.S.C. 6851) is amended—
in subsection (a)—
in paragraph (2), by inserting “competent,” after “conscious,”; and
in paragraph (5)(A)—
in clause (i), by striking “or” at the end;
in clause (ii)—
in subclause (I), by striking the semicolon at the end and inserting “; or”;
in subclause (II), by striking “; or” and inserting a semicolon; and
by striking subclause (III); and
by adding at the end the following:
“(iii) an identifiable individual engaging in sexually explicit conduct; and”
in subsection (b)(3)(A)(i), by striking “$150,000” and inserting “$500,000”.
