This Act may be cited as the “Signature Integrity for Granting National Pardons Act” or the “SIGN Pardons Act”.

A BILL
To require the President to personally sign any pardon or reprieve, and for other purposes.
Sec. 2 Presidential signature required for pardons
The President shall personally sign any pardon or reprieve that the President grants pursuant to Article II, Section 2, Clause 1 of the Constitution of the United States.
