Section 1 Short title

changed This Act may be cited as the “Communities Helping Invest through Property and Improvements Needed for Veterans Act” Act of 2025” or the “CHIP IN for Veterans Act”.Act of 2025”.

Sec. 2 Expanding and extending a pilot program on acceptance by the Department of Veterans Affairs of donated facilities and related improvements

removed Table of sections— The table of sections at the beginning of such chapter is amended by inserting, after the item relating to section 8104, the following new section:

removed Effective date— The amendments made by this Act shall take effect on December 16, 2026.
