Family-to-Family Reauthorization Act of 2025
A BILL
To amend title V of the Social Security Act to extend funding for the family-to-family health information centers.
Sec. 2 Five-year extension of funding for family-to-family health information centers
Section 501(c)(1)(A) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 701(c)(1)(A)) is amended—
in clause (vii), by striking “and” at the end;
in clause (viii), by striking the period at the end and inserting a semicolon; and
by adding at the end the following:
“(ix) $6,000,000 for the period beginning on April 1, 2025, and ending on September 30, 2025; and
“(x) $9,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2029.”
