A BILL

To provide for the use of funds for deportation purposes.

Section 1 Short title

This Act may be cited as the “Restoring American Sovereignty Act”.

Sec. 2 Use of funds for deportation purposes

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, funds paused pursuant to Executive Order 14169 (January 20, 2025; 90 Fed. Reg. 8619) may be made available and used by the President to deport illegal aliens from the United States.
