Respect State Housing Laws Act

A BILL

To amend the CARES Act to remove a requirement on lessors to provide notice to vacate, and for other purposes.

This Act may be cited as the “Respect State Housing Laws Act”.

The CARES Act (Public Law 116–136) is amended, in section 4024 (15 U.S.C. 9058), by striking subsection (c).
