To repeal section 138 of the Clean Air Act, relating to environmental and climate justice block grants.
Sec. 2 Repeal and rescission relating to environmental and climate justice block grants
Repeal— Section 138 of the Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. 7438) is repealed.
Rescission— The unobligated balance of any amounts made available under section 138 of the Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. 7438) (as in effect on the day before the date of enactment of this Act) is rescinded.
