A BILL

To amend title 10, United States Code, to direct the Secretary of Defense to establish an artificial intelligence incident and vulnerability reporting program, and for other purposes.

1. Short title

This Act may be cited as the “Defense AI Reliability and Reporting Act”.

2. Department of Defense AI incident and vulnerability reporting program

Chapter 131 of title 10, United States Code, is amended by inserting after section 2224a the following new section:
