That the United States Senate recognizes—

(1)

the 100th anniversary of the National League of Cities; and

(2)

the role that the National League of Cities will play in the next century in supporting municipalities with—

(A)

unparalleled research;

(B)

technical expertise; and

(C)

relentless advocacy as a key partner in preserving and strengthening the Federal-local partnership.
