recognizes that the Hulman Center has played a significant role in the history of the city of Terre Haute, Indiana State University, and the State of Indiana;

recognizes that the Hulman Center continues to be an important and valuable gathering space to its visitors and Hoosiers; and

recognizes the 50th anniversary of the opening of the Hulman Center.
