The sale of the following major defense equipment described in Transmittal No. 0B–24, submitted to Congress pursuant to section 36(b)(5)(A) of the Arms Export Control Act (22 U.S.C. 2776(b)(5)(A)) and published in the Congressional Record on September 10, 2024: The addition of the KMU–556 J/B M–Code variant with Strategic Anti-jam Beamforming Receiver (SABR) Global Positioning System (GPS) Receiver.
