Section 1 Every Kid Outdoors program extension

Section 9001(b) of the John D. Dingell, Jr. Conservation, Management, and Recreation Act (16 U.S.C. 6804 note; Public Law 116–9) is amended—

(1)

in paragraph (2)(B), by striking “during the period beginning on September 1 and ending on August 31 of the following year” and inserting “for a 12-month period that begins on a date determined by the Secretaries”; and

(2)

in paragraph (5), by striking “the date that is 7 years after the date of enactment of this Act” and inserting “September 30, 2031”.

To amend the John D. Dingell, Jr. Conservation, Management, and Recreation Act to extend the Every Kid Outdoors program.
