This Act may be cited as the “Georgia Stormwater Management Act”.

A BILL
To amend the Water Resources Development Act of 1992 to provide for environmental infrastructure in Columbus, Henry, and Clayton Counties, Georgia.
Sec. 2 Columbus, Henry, and Clayton Counties, Georgia
Section 219(f) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1992 (106 Stat. 4835; 113 Stat. 334; 136 Stat. 3808) is amended by adding at the end the following:
“(406) Columbus, Henry, and Clayton Counties, Georgia—$10,000,000 for environmental infrastructure, including water and wastewater infrastructure (including stormwater management), Columbus, Henry, and Clayton Counties, Georgia.”
