Lieutenant Osvaldo Albarati Stopping Prison Contraband Act

A BILL

To increase the penalty for prohibited possession of a phone in a correctional facility.

This Act may be cited as the “Lieutenant Osvaldo Albarati Stopping Prison Contraband Act”.

Section 1791(b) of title 18, United States Code, is amended—

(1)

in paragraph (3), by inserting “or (d)(1)(F)” after “(d)(1)(B)”; and

(2)

in paragraph (4), by striking “, (d)(1)(E), or (d)(1)(F)” and inserting “or (d)(1)(E)”.
