Section 1 Short title; table of contents

(a)
Short title— This Act may be cited as the “Enteric Methane Innovation Tools for Lower Emissions and Sustainable Stock Act of 2024” or the “EMIT LESS Act of 2024”.

Sec. 2 Definition of Secretary

In this Act, the term Secretary means the Secretary of Agriculture.
