Military Spouse Job Continuity Act

A BILL

To make permanent the authority to reimburse a member of the uniformed services for spouse relicensing and business costs following the relocation of the member.

Section 1 Short title

This Act may be cited as the “Military Spouse Job Continuity Act”.

Sec. 2 Permanent authority to reimburse a member of the uniformed services for spouse relicensing and business costs following member's relocation

Section 453(g) of title 37, United States Code, is amended—
(1)
by striking paragraph (3); and
(2)
by redesignating paragraphs (4) and (5) as paragraphs (3) and (4), respectively.
