Truckee Meadows Public Lands Management Act

Short title— This Act may be cited as the “Truckee Meadows Public Lands Management Act”.

Table of contents— The table of contents for this Act is as follows:

Conservation area— The term Conservation Area means a conservation area established by section 502.

County— The term County means Washoe County, Nevada.

Indian tribe— The term Indian Tribe has the meaning given the term in section 4 of the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act (25 U.S.C. 5304).

Secretary— The term Secretary means the Secretary of the Interior.

Secretary concerned— The term Secretary concerned means—

State— The term State means the State of Nevada.

Wilderness area— The term wilderness area means a wilderness area designated by section 301(a).
