This Act may be cited as the “Affordable Connectivity Program Extension Act of 2024”.

A BILL
To appropriate funds for the Affordable Connectivity Program of the Federal Communications Commission.
Sec. 2 Appropriation for Affordable Connectivity Program
Section 904(i)(2) of division N of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 (47 U.S.C. 1752(i)(2)) is amended—
by striking “There is” and inserting the following:
“(A) Fiscal year 2021—There is”
by adding at the end the following:
“(B) Fiscal year 2024—There is appropriated to the Affordable Connectivity Fund, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $7,000,000,000 for fiscal year 2024, to remain available until expended.”
