This Act may be cited as the “USSC Emergency Supplemental Act”.

A BILL
To make a supplemental appropriation to the Secretary of State to carry out the mission and activities of the United States Security Coordinator for Israel and the Palestinian Authority.
Sec. 2 Supplemental appropriation for United States Security Coordinator for Israel and the Palestinian Authority
In addition to amounts otherwise available, there is appropriated to the Secretary of State, out of amounts in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $10,000,000, to remain available until expended, to carry out the mission and activities of the United States Security Coordinator for Israel and the Palestinian Authority.
