Section 1 Inclusion of name of Vincent Illuzzi, Sr., on the Taras Shevchenko Memorial in the District of Columbia

The Secretary of the Interior shall include in the engravings on the statue erected as part of the Taras Shevchenko Memorial established by Public Law 86–749 (74 Stat. 884) the name of Vincent Illuzzi, Sr., who carved the statue, with the name to be placed at an appropriate location near the names of the sculptor and architect.
