To amend the Small Business Act to authorize the Community Advantage Loan Program of the Small Business Administration, and for other purposes.

(a)

Short title— This Act may be cited as the “Community Advantage Loan Program Act of 2023”.

Administration— The term Administration means the Small Business Administration.

Administrator— The term Administrator means the Administrator of the Administration.
