Designation— The Department of Energy Integrated Engineering Research Center Federal Building located at the Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory in Batavia, Illinois, shall be known and designated as the “Helen Edwards Engineering Research Center”.

References— Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the Federal Building referred to in subsection (a) shall be deemed to be a reference to the “Helen Edwards Engineering Research Center”.
