To provide an additional $30,000,000 for the testing of hypersonic weapon systems with the B–1 bomber, and for other purposes.

Authorization of appropriations— There is authorized to be appropriated to the Department of Defense for the testing of hypersonic weapon systems with the B–1 bomber $30,000,000 for fiscal year 2024.

Supplement, not supplant— The amount authorized to be appropriated by subsection (a) shall supplement and not supplant amounts otherwise authorized to be appropriated for the purpose described in that subsection.
