To amend the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 to prohibit the provision of any foreign assistance for state sponsors of terrorism.

Section 620A of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 (22 U.S.C. 2371) is amended—

(1)

in subsection (a), by striking “under this Act” and all that follows through “Export-Import Bank Act of 1945”;

(2)

by striking subsection (d); and

(3)

by striking the undesignated matter following subsection (d).
