Section 413(a) of the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act (25 U.S.C. 5373(a)) is amended—

changed in paragraph (2), by striking “21 months” and inserting ~~“35~~ “38 months”; and

(2)

changed in paragraph (3), by striking “30 months” and inserting ~~“47~~ “50 months”.
